Jeffres, a single person, and Alvaro A. Villatoro and Lilliana M. <br />Villatoro, husband and wife, which was executed on March 15, 2014. A copy of said Contract is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, but not made a part of the recording. <br />For One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, Susan L. Jeffres, Successor Personal Representative the Estate of Eugene W. <br />Jeffres, Deceased, the assignor herein, of 4093 Zola Ln., Grand Island, Nebraska does hereby <br />sell, transfer, assign, and set over to BDE, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, of 4093 <br />Zola Ln., Grand Island, Nebraska 68803, its successors and assigns, all of the right, title, and <br />interest of assignor in and to the Contract for Sale of Real Estate referred to above, including all <br />of the rights to sue for, collect, and receipt for all indebtedness due or to become due under the <br />Contract, with power to enforce in its own name any and all rights given to the assignor <br />hereunder or which may be deemed necessary by assignee to enforce the terms thereof. It is <br />understood that the assignee shall have the right to have the monthly payments of said contract <br />paid directly to it and will notify Alvaro A. Villatoro and Lilliana M. Villatoro of said <br />Assignment so that the payments can be made to the assignee. <br />That the Contract for Sale of Real Estate referred to above pertains to the following <br />described property to -wit: <br />Lot Six (6), Block Ten (10), Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />The assignee shall assume all obligations or liabilities to the purchaser of the property <br />referred to herein. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have executed this Assignment on the $ day of <br />AOG•90( , 2024. <br />.d)_Vbtz,,suceP�- <br />Susan L.
