202403937 The Authority and Owner may, by notice given hereunder, designate any further or different addresses to which subsequent notices, certificates, or other communications shall be sent. If the address of Owner changes from that given above or subsequently designated under the previous sentence, the Authority may conclusively presume that the address of Owner for purposes of this Section 4.6 is the address to which property tax bills for the Project are delivered. 6.7 Definitions and Interpretation. Unless the context clearly requires otherwise, words of masculine gender shall be construed to include correlative words of the feminine gender and vice versa, and words of the singular number shall be construed to include correlative words of the plural number and vice versa. All the terms and provisions hereof shall be construed to effectuate the purposes set forth herein and to sustain the validity hereof. The titles and headings of this Agreement have been inserted for convenience of reference only and are not to be considered a part hereof and shall not in any way modify or restrict any of the terms or provisions hereof and shall not be considered or given any effect in construing this instrument or any provision hereof or in ascertaining intent, if any question of intent should arise. 6.8 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. 6.9 Severability. The invalidity of any clause, part, or provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof. 6.10 Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in several counterparts, and all so executed shall constitute one agreement, binding on all the parties hereto. Any counterpart of this Agreement, which has attached to it separate signature pages which together contain the signatures of all the parties hereto or is executed by an attorney-in-fact on behalf of some or all of the parties, shall for all purposes be deemed a fully executed instrument. 4880-0752-8835.3
