Willey, GRANTEE, the following described real \311 <br />estate as defined in Section 76 -201 of the Revised Statutes of o <br />Nebraska, 1996: <br />Lot Five (5), in Block Seventy -Seven (77) in Wheeler and <br />Bennett's Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE as follows: <br />1. GRANTOR is lawfully seised of the real estate and the real <br />estate is free from encumbrances; <br />2. GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the real <br />estate to GRANTEE; and <br />3. GRANTOR warrants and will defend title to the real estate <br />against any acts of the GRANTOR. <br />GRANTOR, Marjorie L.
