Baack, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein <br />said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Twenty-Eight (28), Gilbert's Third Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of <br />Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on December 30, 1997, in the office of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97- 110957. <br />On or about December 23, 1997, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary, <br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The <br />Assignment was recorded December 30, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 97- 110958. <br />Camille R.
