<br />about May 24, 2001, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a
<br />Deed of Trust wherein said Tractors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />The Northerly Eighty Eight (88) feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block
<br />Eighteen (18), in Schiumer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the 'Tmstors obtained from Five Points Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of
<br />Trust which was recorded on June 18, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200105841.
<br />On or about May 24, 2001, Five Points Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest
<br />in the Deed of Tmst to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded June 18, 2001, in die
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200105842. Said Assignment was
<br />rerecorded June 29, 2001, as Instrument No. 200106364.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Tmstors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Tmstors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust in satisfy said obligation.
