Parker, both single persons, as Tmstors, did on or G <br />about May 24, 2001, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a <br />Deed of Trust wherein said Tractors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />The Northerly Eighty Eight (88) feet of Lots One (1) and Two (2), in Block <br />Eighteen (18), in Schiumer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the 'Tmstors obtained from Five Points Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of <br />Trust which was recorded on June 18, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 0200105841. <br />On or about May 24, 2001, Five Points Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest <br />in the Deed of Tmst to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded June 18, 2001, in die <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200105842.
