The undersigned, being the Substitute Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for <br />record on November 9, 1998, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as Document No. 98- 111002 executed by WILLIAM D. NEATER and E. LEE NEATER, <br />as Trustors, in which MARK FOREMAN and LOA FOREMAN, Trustees of the Foreman <br />Trust, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as <br />Substitute Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of an <br />obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustors' failure to make debt payments <br />as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of such default the <br />indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated as of January 16, 2004; be <br />notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be <br />sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the trust property <br />affected is as follows: <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW' /NW' /) and Lots <br />One (1) and Two (2), lying South of Interstate Highway 80, all in Section <br />Nine (9), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th <br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract deeded to the State <br />of Nebraska recorded in Book 136, Page 541; excepting a certain tract <br />deeded to the State of Nebraska recorded in Book 137, Page 317; <br />excepting a certain tract deeded to Larry D.
