Hancock a/k/a Robert Hancock and <br />Patricia Hancock, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Brock A.
