200400494 <br />Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of an existing Sixteen (16) foot wide sanitary <br />sewer easement and the north line of Lot One (1), Garrison Subdivision; thence running <br />northwesterly, a distance of approximately One Hundred Sixty Eight and Six Tenths (168.6) <br />feet, to the centerline of an existing Sixteen (16) foot wide easement Recorded as Document <br />No. 86- 103070, in the office of the Register of Deed, and to the Point of Termination, said <br />tract containing 0.062 acres (2697.6 sq. ft.) more or less, <br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and <br />across such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches <br />and trenches, and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, hedges, undergrowth, and <br />other obstructions from the surface of such tracts interfering with the location, construction, <br />inspection, repair, replacement, removal, and maintenance of such utilities.
