<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, GREGORY L. RERUCHA AND
<br />LISA L. RERUCHA to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated JANUARY 19,2001 and recorded JANUARY 25, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of HALL County, Nebraska, as INSTRUMENT # 0200100606 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
