<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by GREGORY L. RERUCHA,
<br />AND LISA L RERUCHA to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK,
<br />the Beneficiary named therein dated AUGUST 10, 2001, and recorded AUGUST 17, 2001 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in INSTRUMENT #0200108313 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been
<br />paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />THE REAL PROPERTY OR ITS ADDRESS IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1901 WEST LOUISE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801.
<br />TOGFTFIER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
