200400484 This Amended Notice of Default amends the notice of default previously filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the 23`d day of January, 2002 as Instrument No. 200200889 as follows: Please take notice that Thomas J. Young, Successor Trustee, in a Trust Deed from William L. Sundermeier and Pamela G. Sundermeier, Husband and Wife, dated December 22, 1999 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on January 7, 2000 as Instrument No. 20000217, the Beneficiary of which Trust Deed was Stone Castle Home Loans; subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to BNC Mortgage, Inc., said assignment recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on October 3, 2000 as Instrument No. 200008197; subsequently by reason of an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to First Union National Bank, as Trustee of the Amortizing Residential Collateral Trust, Series 2000 -BC2, without recourse., said assignment is dated the 4 " day of February, 2000 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on November 6, 2000 as Instrument No. 200009628 does hereby notify the above -named persons of a default in said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the following- described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: LOT 8, FARMINGTON SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred in that the grantors of said deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the payments on said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became due on the I" day of August, 2003 and thereafter, and that there is now due upon said instrument the principal sum of NINETY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY SEVEN DOLLARS AND TWENTY ONE CENTS ($95,957.21) together with interest thereon from the 1" day of July, 2003, at the rate of 11.875% per annum together with accruing taxes and advancements. 2
