Depue, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with reference to D d of Trust wherein <br />Beverly Schaaf, Successor Trustee of Emil Schaaf Trust is Beneficiary and Darwin Knecht and <br />Judy Knecht, husband and wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney at Law, is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the <br />payment of valuable consideration, did execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 6, <br />2011, and identified as Document No. 0201104264, conveying to Trustee, his successors and <br />assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />That part of the following described real estate which part lies South of Interstate <br />Highway 80: Lots Three (3) and Four (4), and the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter (NWt/SWt/) of Section Twenty-two (22); and Lot One (1) on <br />Island, in Section Twenty-seven (27), all in Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that <br />the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore <br />mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey and quitclaim unto <br />said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and <br />through the above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and privileges <br />thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me on <br />1 7 - ?'( , by Ronald S.
