The undersigned, HARRIET M. WINCHESTER and TERRY A. WINCHESTER,

<br />did read and sign this Written Acknowledgment and, by virtue hereof, the undersigned
<br />understand, and understood before signing said Deed of Trust, that said Deed of Trust is a Trust
