This is a construction security interest <br />which secures an obligation which the Debtor incurred for the purpose of making an improvement of the real <br />estate in which the security interest is given. <br />❑ If this box is checked, request is hereby made that a copy of any notice of default and a copy of notice of sale <br />under the trust deed filed for record and recorded in Book <br />at Page , Instrument No. , in the Records of <br />County, Nebraska, executed by as trustor, in which <br />is named as beneficiary and <br />as trustee, be mailed to at <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described property ("Property"), together with the rights, privileges, and <br />appurtenances thereto, unto the said Trustee, and to his substitutes or successors forever.
