Omaha, NE 68114 -3419 <br />Notice is hereby given that Sean P. Bragg, a married man and Melissa A. Bragg, his wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March <br />23, 2001 as Instrument No. 200102363 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the <br />following described real estate, to -wit: <br />The East 100 feet of Lot Two (2) of the County Subdivision of Part of the South half (S 1/2) <br />of Section Five (5), in Township nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) to Doniphan, Hall County, <br />Nebraska and a north extension of 14 feet being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter (SW 1 /4SE1 /4) of Section Five (5), the whole making a rectangular piece <br />of ground having a frontage of 100 feet on the South line of said Section and a depth of 195 <br />feet, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due. On account of such breach, pursuant to said Deed of Trust the Beneficiary <br />under said Deed of Trust has elected to sell or cause to be sold such trust property to satisfy said <br />indebtedness. <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute <br />the debt or any portion thereof within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify the <br />undersigned in writing within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt.
