SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE

<br />Nebraska 68114 is hereby appointed successor trustee under the deed of trust executed by Sean P. Bragg, a
<br />married man and Melissa A. Bragg, his wife, as Trustors, in which Old Republic National Title Insurance
<br />Company is named as Trustee for the benefit of Navy Federal Credit Union, Beneficiary, and which was filed
<br />for record on March 23, 2001 as Instrument No. 200102363 of the Mortgage Records in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska concerning the following real estate, to -wit:
<br />The East 100 feet of Lot Two (2) of the County Subdivision of Part of the South half (S1 /2)
<br />of Section Five (5), in Township nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) to Doniphan, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and a north extension of 14 feet being a part of the Southwest Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (SW1 /4SE1 /4) of Section Five (5), the whole making a rectangular piece
<br />of ground having a frontage of 100 feet on the South line of said Section and a depth of 195
<br />%2 feet.
