<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Dennis A.
<br />Gebers and Diane L. Gebers, husband and wife, to Cathleen H. Allen, Attorney at Law, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of Lois Ann Hank, Trustee, or her Successors in Trust, under the Lois Hank
<br />Living Trust dated February 10, 1997, and any amendments thereto, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated January 12, 1998 and recorded January 14, 1998, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 98- 100337, has been paid, and the said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Thirteen (13), in Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
