Upan writcen�equest of 8eneflciary staanQ that all sums secured hereby have been <br /> paid and upan surrender of this Second Deed of Trust and any note to Tnutee far cancellation and retention and upan payment by <br /> Trustor af Trustee's fees,Trustee shall reconvey to Trusto�,o�the person or persons IeQally entitted thereto, without warranty,any <br /> portion of the Trust Estate then held hereunder. The recitals in such reconveyance of any matters or facts shall be conclusive proof <br /> of the tn,thfulness thereof. Whenever Beneficiary, Trustor or Trustee shall desire to give or serve any notice, demand, request ar <br /> other communication with respect to this Second Deed of Trust, each such notice, demand, request or othe�communication shall� <br /> be in writing and shall be effective only if the same is delivered by personal service or mailed by certif�ed mail, postage prepaid, <br /> return receipt requested, add�essed to the address set forth at the beginni�g of this Second Deed of Trust. Any party may at any <br /> time change its address for such notices by de(ivering or mailing to the othe�parties hereto, as aforesaid, a notice of such change. <br /> 17. Acceptance by Trustea.
