Trusior and all other parties set farth he�ein hereby requests a copy of any Notice of Default and a copy of any Notice of Sale hereunder be maited to them at the address set forth in the first parag�aph af this Second Deed af Trust. 14. Gavenring Law. This Second Deed of Trust shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraslca. In the event that any provisiun or ctause af any of the Loan Insuuments conflicts with applicable laws,such conflict shall not affect ether provisions of such Loan (nstruments which can be given effect without the contlicting pravision. and to this end the provisions of the Loan Insuuments are declared to be seve�able. This insuument cannot be waived, changed, discharged or terminated arally, but only by an insuument in writinp signed by the party against whom enforcement of any waive�, change, discharge er termination is sought. 15. Reconveyance by Ttistss. Upan writcen�equest of 8eneflciary staanQ that all sums secured hereby have been paid and upan surrender of this Second Deed of Trust and any note to Tnutee far cancellation and retention and upan payment by Trustor af Trustee's fees,Trustee shall reconvey to Trusto�,o�the person or persons IeQally entitted thereto, without warranty,any portion of the Trust Estate then held hereunder. The recitals in such reconveyance of any matters or facts shall be conclusive proof of the tn,thfulness thereof. The grantee in any reconveyance may be described as'the persan or persens legally entitled ihereto." 16. Nodcss. Whenever Beneficiary, Trustor or Trustee shall desire to give or serve any notice, demand, request ar other communication with respect to this Second Deed of Trust, each such notice, demand, request or othe�communication shall� be in writing and shall be effective only if the same is delivered by personal service or mailed by certif�ed mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, add�essed to the address set forth at the beginni�g of this Second Deed of Trust. Any party may at any time change its address for such notices by de(ivering or mailing to the othe�parties hereto, as aforesaid, a notice of such change. 17. Acceptance by Trustea. Trustee accepts this Trust when this Second Deed of Trust, duly executed and acknowledged, is made a public record as provided by law. � 4
