<br />Corrective for Deed of Reconveyance recorded May 7, 2024, as Instrument No. 2024
<br />02024 of the Mortgage Book to correct property legal description.
<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November
<br />10, 2021 executed by Innate Development 2, LLC; A Nebraska Limited Liability Company ("Trustor"), in which
<br />CORNERSTONE BANK, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded November
<br />10, 2021 as Instrument No. 202109565 of the Mortgage Book in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to fully reconvey the
<br />property, reciting that all of the debt secured by such Deeds of Trust have been paid and the property
<br />described below has been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for a complete release.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8) and Outlots A, B and
<br />C, Legacy 34 Fifth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to
<br />be executed by Aaron Purvis, Chief Credit Officer, on this 20th day of June, 2024.
