<br />executed by Jordyn B Leffler; whose address is 1688 S Bluff Center Rd, Shelton, NE 68876-9776; Trustor(s), in which
<br />CORNERSTONE BANK, is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded August 02, 2023
<br />Instrument No 202303915 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee
<br />for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all the estate and
<br />interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:

<br />S89°58'49"E, on the North line of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 968.00 feet; thence S00°33'27E, and parallel to
<br />the West line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 450.00 feet; thence N89°58'49"W, and parallel to the North line
<br />of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 968.00 feet to a point on the West line of said Southwest Quarter; thence
<br />N00°33'27"W, on said West line of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 450.00 feet to the point of beginning of which
<br />.34 acres are road right-of-way.
