TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />JAMES H WEBB AND JUDITH A WEBB HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R <br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 4, 1999 <br />and recorded MARCH 12, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument 99- 102611 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in <br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to <br />such premises: <br />LOT THIRTEEN (13) IN SASS SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this 9th <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />day of January 2004 <br />trustee Arend R Baack, attorney <br />On this 9th day of January, 2004 , before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public duly <br />commissioned and qualified for in said County, personally came AREND R BAACK , attorney, <br />Trustee, to me known to be the identical person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing <br />Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance and acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act <br />and deed. <br />Witness my hand and Notarial Seal the day and ygfr last above written. <br />GENERAL NOTARY -State of Neurl,,a i'111 <br />i <br />1 I CARLA L.
