<br />DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY
<br />I, GARY L. KRUSE, a legal resident of Grand Island, State of Nebraska, appoint to
<br />act in an impartial manner, in the event of my disability or physical incapacity,
<br />ARDITH A. KRUSE, whose address is Grand Island, Nebraska, or in the event of her
<br />death or inability to act, then I appoint ANGELA K. BUHR, whose address is
<br />Hastings, Nebraska, and JENNIFER A. MCCARTHY, whose address is Omaha,
<br />Nebraska, my true and lawful attorneys, jointly and severally, (either may sign and
<br />bind all parties), to do any of the following acts:
<br />(1) To buy, sell, convey, lease, or otherwise encumber or dispose of any property
<br />whatsoever be it real or personai upon such terms as my said attorney snail
<br />think proper.
<br />(2) To transact all and every kind of business of whatever nature or kind
<br />whatsoever; including to act on my behalf, if I am a Trustee of a Revocable
<br />Trust, however, the power to act on my behalf as Trustee of a Revocable
<br />Trust shall terminate ninety (90) days after the event of my disability or
<br />physical incapacity or shall terminate ninety (90) days after the date of a letter
<br />from my physician in which the physician attests to my disability or physical
<br />incapacity. After this ninety (90) -day period, the power of my said attorney
<br />shall cease with regard to my Revocable Trust, and the Successor Trustee(s)
<br />shall be required to assume such Trustee duties if I remain disabled or
<br />physically incapacitated.
<br />(3) To make, endorse, receive, or execute checks.
<br />(4) To deposit into my Trust(s) (if any); in either my said attorney's name or my
<br />name or jointly in both our names, in any banking institution, any funds,
<br />negotiable paper, or moneys, which may come into my said attorney's hands
<br />as such attorney or which I now or hereafter may have on deposit or be
<br />entitled to.
<br />(5) To institute, prosecute, defend, compromise, and dispose of actions, suits, or
<br />other proceedings, or otherwise engage in litigation.
<br />(6) To act as my attorney or proxy in respect to any stocks, shares, bonds,
<br />insurance, annuities or other investments, rights, or interests I may now or
<br />hereafter hold or that is held in my Trust, this shall include Individual
<br />Retirement Accounts.
