200400430 RESOLUTION #00-LJ — Od I A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE PLAT FOR ROGER SULLIVAN SUBDIVISION EXCEPT FOR ALL DEDICATED RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR SHADY BEND ROAD, TO PROVIDE FOR THE RECORDING OF THIS RESOLUTION IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA WHEREAS the property owner Roger M. Sullivan, have petitioned the Hall County Regional Planning Commission, the City of Grand Island and the Hall County Board of Supervisors to Vacate the plat for the Roger Sullivan Subdivision, and; WHEREAS the Hall County Regional Planning Commission, at their meeting held January 7, 2004, has recommended that the Roger Sullivan Subdivision be vacated. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SECTION 1. That the plat approved by the Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 18, 2003 for Roger Sullivan Subdivision is hereby vacated, provided and conditioned that the County of Hall hereby retains all dedicated public right -of -way for Shady Bend Road. SECTION 2. That the title to the property vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall revert to the owner or owners of the real estate. SECTION 3. This resolution is directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION 4. Any resolution or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and hereby are, repealed. SECTION 5. This resolution shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage as provided by law.
