200400429 <br />RESOLUTION #03- OJT <br />I <br />A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE PLAT FOR NORTH FORK SUBDIVISION EXCEPT FOR ALL <br />DEDICATED RIGHT -OF -WAY FOR CAPITAL AVENUE AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE <br />RECORDING OF THIS RESOLUTION IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />BE IT RESOLVED: <br />1. That the plat dated April 18, 1986 and approved by the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on May 27, 1986 for North Fork Subdivision (Lot 1) is hereby vacated, provided and conditioned <br />that the City of Grand Island hereby retains all dedicated public right -of -way for Capital Avenue. <br />2. That the title to the property vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall revert to the owner or owners of <br />the real estate. <br />3. This Resolution shall be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />4.
