<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated January 6, 2016, executed by MARK A. HOLLISTER & ANNETTE
<br />J. HOLLISTER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank
<br />of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and recorded as Instrument No.
<br />201600211 and 201600212 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, State of Nebraska, has
<br />received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, the beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust
<br />deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
