202402678 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />The North Twenty One Feet (21') of Lot One (1) and the South Forty One Feet (41') of Lot Two <br />(2), Block Sixteen (16), in West View Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and that part of vacated Custer Avenue as shown in Ordinance No. 4905 known as <br />tract "E" as filed in Book 21, Page 261. <br />and <br />A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SWI/4NE1/4) of Section <br />Seventeen (17), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(SW1/4NE1/4) and its junction with the east prolongation of the south line of the north fourteen <br />(14) feet of Lot Two (2), Block Sixteen (16), in West View, an Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska,; thence running east on the east prolongation of the south line of the north <br />fourteen (14) feet of Lot Two (2), Block Sixteen (16) in West View, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, for a distance of Thirty -Two and Four Hundredths (32.04) feet; thence <br />deflecting right and running southeasterly on a curved line, concaved easterly for a distance of <br />Thirty -Six and Sixty -Eight Hundredths (36.68) feet, said curved line being a portion of a curve <br />commencing at the northeast corner of said Block Sixteen (16), which corner is also the point of <br />tangency for a curve having a radius of Two Hundred Seventy -Eight and Eighty -Four <br />Hundredths (278.84) feet; thence running south on a line parallel to, and Fifty -Seven and Thirty - <br />Eight Hundredths (57.38) feet east from the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter (SWI/4NE1/4) for a distance of Thirty -Six and Sixty Hundredths (36.60) feet; <br />thence running west on a line for a distance of Fifty -Seven and Thirty -Eight (57.38) feet to a <br />point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SWI/4NE1/4) and <br />said point being Sixty -Two and Twelve Hundredths (62.12) feet south from the east prolongation <br />of the south line of the north Fourteen (14) feet of Lot Two, in said Block Sixteen (16); thence <br />running north on the west line of said Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter <br />(SW1/4NE1/4) to the point of beginning, as shown in Ordinance No. 4905 known as tract "F" as <br />filed in Book 21, Page 261. <br />
