<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />John Schultz and Evelyn Schultz, Husband & Wife, Trustor, to Heritage Bank fka Bank of
<br />Wood River, Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, fka Bank of Wood River, the
<br />Beneficiary named herein, dated August 15, 1997 and recorded September 2, 1997, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall, County, Nebraska as Document No. 97- 107203 has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request
<br />of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant,
<br />remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled there to all the interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described
<br />premised but only as to such premises:
<br />The East Half Of Lots Four (4) and Five (5) and the East Half (E %2) of the South
<br />Twelve (12) feet of Lot Three (3) in Block "H ", in MacColl and Leflang's Second
<br />Addition to the Village now City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging
<br />to such premises.
