BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated September 2, <br />2003, and recorded September 4, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />as Instrument No. 0200311762, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed <br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />Lot Six (6), Block Nine (9), in Packer and Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 9th day of January, d_j <br />i2i <br />Trustee Arend R.
