U.S. Bank National Association, Lender under that certain Assignment of Rents dated February 6, 2001, and filed
<br />February 12, 2001, as Instrument Number 0200101007, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming David
<br />Larson and Catherine Larson a /k /a Catherine M Larson as Grantor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and
<br />U.S. Bank National Association as original Lender in consideration of performance in full by said Grantor of all obligations
<br />imposed by said Assignment of Rents and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Grantor the following

<br />VACATED ALLEY AS SHOWN IN ORDINANCE NO. 7856, FILED SEPTEMBER 15, 1992 IN THE REGISTER OF
<br />DEEDS OFFICE AS DOCUMENT NO. 92- 107990
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Assignment of Rents.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Assignment
<br />of Rents.
