U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Deed of Trust dated February 6, 2001, and filed February 12,
<br />2001, as Instrument Number 0200101005, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming David Larson and
<br />Catherine Larson a /k /a Catherine M Larson as Trustor, U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank
<br />National Association as original Trustee in consideration of performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed
<br />by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real

<br />VACATED ALLEY AS SHOWN IN ORDINANCE NO. 7856, FILED SEPTEMBER 15, 1992 IN THE REGISTER OF
<br />DEEDS OFFICE AS DOCUMENT NO. 92- 107990
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
