ASPHALT PAVING CO., a Nebraska corporation, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of RONALD B. BALDWIN, the Beneficiary named therein, on December 20, 2021 and recorded on December 21, 2021 as Instrument No. 202110798 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to such premises: All of Lot One (1) and the Westerly 1320' of Lot Two (2), all in Section One (1), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska excepting certain tracts more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 96-101623; Corporation Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 96-105979, and Corporation Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 96-105980, together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture.
