Wheeler Avenue <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, in connection with a Deed of Trust executed by J.I.L. ASPHALT PAVING <br />CO., a Nebraska corporation, to BRANDON S. CONNICK, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the <br />benefit of RONALD B. BALDWIN, the Beneficiary named therein, on December 20, 2021 and <br />recorded on December 21, 2021 as Instrument No. 202110798 in the Office of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds, the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Trustee's Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the <br />person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through <br />said Trust Deed in the following -described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />All of Lot One (1) and the Westerly 1320' of Lot Two (2), all in Section One (1), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska excepting certain tracts more particularly described in Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 96-101623; Corporation Warranty Deed recorded as <br />Document No. 96-105979, and Corporation Warranty Deed recorded as Document <br />No. 96-105980, <br />together with all improvements, fixtures and appurtenances located thereon or in any way <br />pertaining thereto, and the rents, issues, profits, reversions and the remainders thereof, including <br />all such personal property that is attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture. <br />Dated thisd \ day of May, 2024. <br />Brandon S.
