202402322 <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3'd St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY 1i1ESE PRESENTS THAT, Jeffrey S. Dale and Leslie T. Dale, husband <br />and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto Jeremiah E. Sanchez and Karla M.
