BRUNKEN, TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN A. BRUNKEN AND JEANINE L. <br />BRUNKEN REVOCABLE TRUST, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of LOVE AND <br />AFFECTION AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received, conveys to <br />GRANTEES, SCOTT J. ROACH AND DALE W. ROACH, as tenants in common, the <br />following -described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, subject to a life estate retained by GRANTOR for the benefit of JEANINE L. <br />BRUNKEN during her natural life: <br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2 NE 1 /4) of Section Eleven (11), in <br />Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, <br />Nebraska, less and EXCEPTING THEREFROM: (a) Two tracts of real estate of <br />approximately two (2) acres per tract conveyed by Warranty Deeds recorded in <br />Book 156 of Deeds at page 320, and Book 156 of Deeds at page 654, in the Office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and (b) Lot One (1), TDKM <br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded as <br />Instrument No. 201800574 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEES that GRANTOR: <br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from <br />encumbrances, except easements and restrictions of record; <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the <br />lawful claims of all persons. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
