STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions, <br />under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following described improvement which <br />will infringe upon a public utility easement: <br />Construction of storm sewer pipe and inlets in an existing drainage ditch next to a City of Grand Island <br />water/sewer easement. Main pipe trunkline will not be within City easement. One storm pipe crossing and <br />grading activities will cross the City easement. To serve the property addressed as 504 E Stolley Park Road, <br />per attached Exhibit "A", dated 2024/3/28 and consisting of fourteen (14) pages. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following described real estate <br />adjacent to the Licensor's public utility easement, to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />Miscellaneous Tracts 22-11-9 to the City of Grand Island XC RD XC City 2.82 AC - SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 26.38 AC., <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS. It is understood and agreed that the Licensee may construct, maintain, <br />repair and utilize the above described improvement at the Licensee's sole risk.
