<br />the Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a twenty (20.0)
<br />foot wide permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain,
<br />extend, repair, replace, and remove public utilities and other appurtenances, upon, over, along,
<br />across, in, underneath and through a part of Lot Two (2), Fonner Second Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the centerline of said twenty (20.0) foot wide easement and
<br />right- of -vvay being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of Santa Anita Subdivision; thence running
<br />westerly along the north line of Santa Anita Subdivision, a distance of One Hundred
<br />Forty Three and Seventy Three Hundredths (143.73) feet; thence deflecting right
<br />90 °05'29" and running northerly a distance of Ten (10.0) feet, to the Actual Point of
<br />Beginning; thence continuing along the last described course, a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Eighty Nine and Eighty Five Hundredths (289.85) feet, to a point on the
<br />north line of said Lot Two (2), and to the Point of Termination, said point being One
