<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 22, 1987, and recorded January
<br />30, 1987, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Number
<br />87- 100538 as subsequently assigned to RICHARD L. THIMGAN and DORIS J. THIMGAN,
<br />Husband and Wife, by Assignment recorded February 3, 1992, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument Number 92- 100874, has been paid, and the said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NW 1 /4SW1 /4) of Section Twenty -One (21), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line
<br />of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1 /4SW1 /4), said point being Seven
<br />Hundred Fifty -Seven and Four Tenths (757.4) Feet South of the Northeast corner of said
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1 /4SW1 /4) as now located; thence deflecting
<br />Right 90 °00' running West a distance of Two Hundred Thirty (230) Feet; thence running South
<br />and parallel to the East line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1 /4SW1 /4) a
<br />distance of Two Hundred Fifty -Nine and Fifty -Five Hundredths (259.55) Feet; thence deflecting
<br />Left 90 °00' and running East Two Hundred Thirty (230.0) feet to a point on the East line of said
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW 1 /4SW1 /4); thence running North along said
<br />East line, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty -Nine and Fifty -Five Hundredths (259.55) feet to the
<br />point of beginning, except there from a tract of ground more particularly described in warranty
<br />deed recorded in Book 157 at Page 452, recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
