I understand that if more than one "Buyer" signs this Contract that each will be <br />responsible for all promises made and for paying the obligation(s) in full; you may collect against one or any Buyer. This Contract covers my purchase of the <br />following producks (the "Products ") manufactured and/or distributed and installed by The Pacesetter Corporati,gn: <br />.y <br />The Products are to be installed at the "Address" stated on page 2 unless a different address is stated here: <br />No exterior or interior trim, painting or staining will be provided unless specified in this contract. <br />A manufacturer's warranty applies to Siding Products, Flooring and Blinds. THE SELLER ASSUMES NO WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITY WITH RESPECT TO GOODS <br />COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A <br />PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO SUCH GOODS. Other goods are covered by the Limited Warranty which you have extended to me at the time I signed <br />this Contract. I agree that my exclusive rights and remedies under the Limited Warranty shall be in lieu of all other rights or remedies at law or in equity. The <br />duration of the Seller's implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to goods covered by the Limited Warranty shall <br />be limited to the duration of the Limited Warranty. <br />BUYER, READ THE SEPARATE "LIMITED WARRANTY" WHICH IS A SEPARATE WRITTEN INSTRUMENT PERTAINING TO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY THE <br />PACESETTER CORPORATION.
