X <br />0 <br />T <br />iy C'3 <br />A <br />D <br />m c_n y <br />o <br />o� <br />m> <br />n= N <br />z <br />12- <br />o <br />N <br />rn <br />•�-~ <br />C> C <br />O <br />-n <br />C7 <br />O <br />CD <br />G. <br />O <br />O <br />-n CJl <br />o � <br />= rn <br />C%2 <br />o <br />r D <br />Cn <br />Cr <br />C D <br />D <br />... � <br />C3 <br />a <br />CD <br />(n <br />i Z <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 29TH day OCTOBER, <br />2001, by <br />and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />— <br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />o <br />LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL ASSOCIATION OF CENTRAL NEBRASKA, <br />INCORPORATED <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust /Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW ' /4 SW 1/4) OF SECTION <br />TWNETY -FIVE (25), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE <br />6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPT THAT TRACT DEEDED TO THE COUNTY <br />OF HALL, STATE OF NEBRASKA, AS RECORDED IN BOOK 137, AT PAGE 495 OF THE <br />DEED RECORDS OF HALL COUANTY, NEBRASKA; AND EXCEPT THAT TRACT DEEDED <br />TO MARVIN LAUTENSCHLAGER AND VIOLET LAUTENSCHLAGER AS RECORDED IN <br />BOOK 144, AT PAGE 109 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; AND <br />EXCEPT THOSE TRACTS DEEDED TO WILLIE J VOGELTANZ AND MILDRED R <br />VOGELTANZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS RECORDED IN BOOK 168 AT PAGE 117, AND <br />BOOK 171, AT PAGE 215 OF THE DEED RECORDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRAKSA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated June 29, 2001, and filed for record on July 2, 2001, in the <br />office of the HALL COUNTY REIGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />AS DOCUMENT # 0200106420 <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of September 29, 2001; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust /Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO October 25, 2016. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described <br />Deed of Trust /Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the <br />date first noted above. <br />
