Stat. 76-201): <br />The Southerly Sixty (S 60') Feet of the Westerly One -Third (W 1/3) of Lot Five (5), in Block <br />Fifty -Four (54), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />A piece or parcel of land commencing Twenty -Eight (28') feet in a Westerly direction from the <br />Southeasterly corner of Lot Five (5) in Block Fifty -Four (54) in the Original Town, now City, of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, it being it being at a point in the Southerly boundary line of <br />said lot; thence from that point in a Westerly direction along on said Southerly boundary line for <br />a distance of Sixteen (16') feet thence turning a right angle in a Northerly direction and parallel <br />with the Westerly boundary line of said lot for a distance of Sixty (60') feet thence turning a right <br />angle in an Easterly direction and parallel with the said Southerly boundary line of said lot (facing <br />Third Street in said City) for a distance of Sixteen (16') feet thence turning a right angle in a <br />Southerly direction for a distance of Sixty (60') feet to the place of beginning; it being a piece or <br />parcel of said lot having Sixteen (16') feet front on Third Street in said City by Sixty (60') feet <br />deep; together with a perpetual right of way over and across the piece or parcel of said lot <br />commencing Sixty (60') feet in a Northerly direction from the Southwesterly corner of said lot, <br />being at a point in the Westerly boundary line thereof, thence turning a right angle Easterly for a <br />distance of Thirty -Eight (38') feet thence turning a right angle Northerly for a distance of about <br />Six (6') feet more or less, thence turning a right angle Westerly for a distance of Thirty -Eight (38') <br />feet and thence turning a right angle Southerly for a distance of about Six (6') feet more or less, to <br />the place of beginning, subject to party wall leases <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the real estate <br />from said estate.
