<br />HOLLIS H. STEINBECK REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST CREATED BY THE REVOCABLE
<br />LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 13, 1997, GRANTOR, in consideration of
<br />SIXTY -FIVE THOUSAND AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($65,000.00) received from GRANTEE,
<br />WILLIAM V. KUEHNER, conveys to GRANTEE the following described real estate (as
<br />defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW' /4) of
<br />Section Twenty -Five (25), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW' /4);
<br />thence running southerly, along and upon the west line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW' /4), a distance of Six Hundred Twenty Two and Twelve
<br />Hundredths (622.12) feet; thence deflecting left 89 °37'35" and running
<br />easterly, parallel with the north line of said Southwest Quarter (SW' /4), a
<br />distance of Four Hundred Five (405.0) feet; thence deflecting left
<br />90 022'25" and running northerly, parallel with the west line of said South-
<br />west Quarter (SW' /4), a distance of Six Hundred Twenty Two and Twelve
<br />Hundredths (622.12) feet to a point on the north line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW' /4); thence deflecting left 89 °37'35" and running westerly,
<br />along and upon the north line of said Southwest Quarter (SW' /4), a
<br />distance of Four Hundred Five (405.0) feet to the point of beginning.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances, except easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against any acts
<br />of the GRANTOR.
