HANK, <br />DECEASED, Case No. PR 24-25, in which proceeding the following described real <br />estate is involved: <br />That part of Lot One (1), Block One Hundred Twenty -Nine (129), Koenig & <br />Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, not <br />heretofore conveyed by Grantor described as: Commencing at a point on the <br />easterly line of said Lot 1 which point is 41.65 feet northerly of the southeast <br />corner of Lot 1 and established with an iron stake and which is the point of <br />beginning: Thence westerly, parallel to the south line of Lot 1, 46.9 feet to the <br />east edge of a brick surface; thence southerly along the brick surface 2.0 feet to <br />the corner of intersection brick surfaces; thence westerly, parallel to south line of <br />Lot 1, 5.10 feet; thence southerly, parallel to the west line of Lot 1, 6.40 feet; <br />thence westerly parallel to the south line of Lot 1, 10.40 feet to an iron stake on <br />the westerly line of Lot 1, (the foregoing being the northerly boundary of that <br />tract heretofore conveyed by deed recorded in Book 126 of Deed Records, page <br />323) thence northerly on the along the west line of Lot 1, 44.75 feet to a point <br />56.0 feet south of the northwesterly corner of said Lot 1, thence easterly on a line <br />56.0 feet southerly of and parallel with the northerly boundary line of said Lot 1, <br />(being to southerly line of a tract conveyed by deed recorded in Book 132 of Deed <br />Records, Page 409) is the easterly line of Lot 1 thence south on and along the <br />easterly line of Lot 1, 34.35 feet to the point of beginning subject to the terms and <br />conditions of a certain agreement recorded in Book 9, of Miscellaneous records at <br />Page 457. <br />
