<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE AND RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AND
<br />RENTS
<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust (the "Deed of Trust") executed by
<br />HVSL1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as Trustor, to Richard C. Reier, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, as Trustee, Beneficiary, dated December
<br />30, 2009, and recorded January 7, 2010 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201000147 (Parcel 1), and Document No.
<br />201000151 (Parcel 2) and being additionally secured by the Assignment of Leases and
<br />Rents (the "Assignment of Leases"; and together with the Deed of Trust, collectively, the
<br />"Loan Documents"), dated December 30, 2009, and recorded January 7, 2010 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201000148
<br />(Parcel 1) and Document No. 201000152 (Parcel 2) , which Loan Documents were
<br />assigned to HV Grand Island Portfolio, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership ("Grantee"),
<br />with an address of 3625 Dufferin Street, Toronto, Ontario, pursuant to that certain
<br />Assumption Agreement dated March 12, 2010, and recorded March 16, 2010, as
<br />Instrument No. 201001748 (Parcel 1) and that certain Assumption Agreement dated
<br />March 12, 2010, and recorded March 16, 2010, as Instrument No. 201001749 (Parcel 2),
<br />has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance and Release of Assignment of Lease and Rents be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or person entitled thereto all the right, title, interest
<br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />The land referred to is situated in the State of Nebraska, County of Hall and is
<br />described as follows:
<br />Parcel 1: Lot One (1), Martin's Fifth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and Declaration of Driveway Easement and Maintenance Agreement as shown in
<br />Document No. 200510796 and License Agreement as shown in Document No. 200805757.

<br />Parcel 2: Lot Two (2), Martin's Fourth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and Operation and Easement Agreement as shown in Document No. 200501143 and
<br />First Amendment to Operation and Easement Agreement recorded as Document No. 200510141
<br />and Second Amendment to Operation and Easement Agreement recorded as Document No.
<br />200610446,
