INCLUDES A BIN LADDER, ROOF VENTS, WIND BAND,. <br />PERF -LOCK FLOOR, 54' SPRINGLAND U -TROUGH POWER SWEEP, AND MISCELLANEOUS AUGERS, FANS, AND <br />ELECTRIC MOTORS. <br />which fixture(s) is (are) affixed to the following -described real estate: (Add legal description) (g): <br />Lot One (1), Armes 'Lazy Acres' Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the making or insuring of such loan by the Secured Party, the <br />undersigned parties hereby (1) consent that the Debtors may grant to the Secured Party a security interest in said fixture(s) <br />under the Uniform Commercial Code, (2) consent to the installation of said equipment and agree said equipment shall be and <br />remain severed from the real property described above, and (3) agree that upon default of Debtors the Secured Party may (a) <br />take possession of and remove said fixture(s) without notice to the undersigned parties and without liability to them for any <br />diminution of value of the real estate caused by the absence of the fixture(s) or by any necessity for replacing the fixture(s), <br />and (b) enforce its security interest against said fixture(s) as personally. <br />in accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its Agencies, offices, and employees, and <br />institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity (including gender <br />expression), sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, family/parental status, income derived from a public assistance program, political beliefs, or reprisal or retaliation for prior <br />civil rights activity, in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA (not all bases apply to all programs).
