<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, A State Banking Corporation by
<br />and through Craig E. Marble, its authorized officer, MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />as trustee under the trust deed dated February 21, 2014 and January 15, 2009 executed by WILLIAM
<br />CARSTENS AND CHERYL CARSTENS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, in which MNB Bank as
<br />successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan, is named as beneficiary, and said corporation as trustee, and
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 201401129 and Instrument No. 200900546 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, State of Nebraska, has received from MNB Bank as successor in interest to Bank of Doniphan,
<br />the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have
<br />been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned,
<br />as trustee, for cancellation:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />corporation by and through its authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely: WILLIAM CARSTENS AND CHERYL CARSTENS,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:

<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
