<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated July 27, 2015,
<br />executed by J.I.L. Asphalt Paving Co.; A Nebraska Corporation ("Trustor"), whose address is Grand Island Main
<br />Facility, 840 Noah Diers Avenue, Grand Island, NE 68803; in which CORNERSTONE BANK, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and Recorded on July 28, 2018, Instrument No #201505100 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the
<br />Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein, all the estate and
<br />interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />All of Lot One (1) and the westerly 1320' of Lot Two (2), all in Section One (1), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska excepting certain tracts more particularly described in Warranty
<br />Deed recorded as Document No. 96-101623; Corporation Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 96-105979; and
<br />Corporation Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 96-105980.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 3921 W Schimmer Dr, Grand Island, NE.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of Reconveyance to be
<br />executed by Aaron Purvis, Chief Credit Officer and has caused its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed on April 11,
