FT., MORE OR LESS. <br />A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN LOT 12, PALU <br />SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />REFERRING TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF. FT., MORE OR LESS. <br />WHEREAS, an agreement for each permanent drainage easement has been reviewed <br />and approved by the City Legal Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to enter into the Agreements for the permanent drainage easements on the above <br />described tracts of land. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such agreements on behalf of the City of Grand Island and that the City Clerk shall store, <br />retain, and make available for access all related and herein referenced documents in the same manner <br />as contacts and agreements are retained. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, April 9, 2024. <br />Attest: <br />Jill Ffanere, City Clerk <br />
