<br />ASSIGNMENT OF TERM LOAN SECURITY AGREEMENT TRUST DEED
<br />FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the sufficiency of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, the undersigned RiverHills Bank, N.A., whose address is 553 Chambers Drive,
<br />Milford, Ohio 45150 ("Assignor") by these presents does convey, grant, assign, transfer and set
<br />over the described Term Loan Security Agreement Trust Deed with all interest secured thereby,
<br />all liens, and any rights due or to become due thereon to Horizon Bank, whose address is 10841
<br />North 142nd Street, Post Office Box 447, Waverly, Nebraska 68462, its successors or assigns,
<br />("Assignee").
<br />Said Term Loan Security Agreement Trust Deed in the amount of $782,649.00, bearing
<br />the date September 12, 2007, made and executed by Windridge Townhomes, LLC, a Nebraska
<br />limited liability company to RiverHills Bank, N.A., as Beneficiary and Horizon Bank, as Trustee
<br />and recorded on September 17, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200708001, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />On the real estate described in said Term Loan Security Agreement Trust Deed, to wit:
<br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 and all of Outlot A
<br />lying south of the south lot line and Lot 12 as extended east across Outlot A, all in Larue
<br />Fourth Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
