Kritenbrink, as "Trustee" and Brighthouse Life Insurance Company, <br />a Delaware corporation, is the `Beneficiary" under a Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents, Security <br />Agreement, and Fixture Filing ("Trust Deed") from LARRY M. HARRENSTEIN and DONNA J. <br />HARRENSTEIN, a married couple, husband and wife (individually and collectively, "Trustor"), <br />dated December 13, 2021, and duly recorded in the office of the County Clerk of the County of <br />Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on December 15, 2021, as Instrument No. 202110605; and <br />Whereas, Trustor has requested Beneficiary to release the portion of the real estate legally <br />described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto from the lien of the Trust Deed. <br />Now, Therefore, for valuable consideration and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Trustee reconveys to the person(s) entitled thereto, without warranty, all the right, title, interest <br />and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Trust Deed in the real estate legally described <br />on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. <br />This Partial Deed of Reconveyance is not intended to reconvey any other real estate or other <br />property from the Trust Deed or otherwise modify the Trust Deed in any manner other than that <br />as expressly stated herein. This Partial Deed of Reconveyance is limited to the real property <br />specifically described in Exhibit "A".
