202401506 <br />REAL ESTATE TRUST DEED FOR NEBRASKA <br />THIS TRUST DEED ("instrument") is made on April 9th, 2024 . The trustor is <br />Larry M. Harrenstein and Donna J. Harrenstein, Trustees of the Larry and Donna Harrenstein Living Trust, <br />("Borrower") whose mailing address is: 13340 S Locust St, Grand Island, NE 68832. <br />The trustee is the United States of America, United States Department of Agriculture acting by, for, and <br />through its Farm Service Agency and Commodity Credit Corporation, a corporate Agency of the United States and <br />the United States Department of Agriculture (Trustee).
