Saladen, husband of the Sandra J. Saladen, under penalty of perjury (Nebraska Revised Statute Section 28-915), affirm the following to be true: 1. Thirty days have passed since the death of the Sandra J. Saladen and I have attached to this Affidavit a certified or authenticated copy of the Death Certificate. Sandra J. Saladen died on March 8, 2024. 2. The deceased, Sandra J. Saladen, was the owner of an undivided one-half interest of the real property described as: The South Half (S1/2) of Lots Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6) in Block Two (2), in First Addition to Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska. 3. Based on the assessed value of the real property through the Hall County Assessor in the year of death, less real estate taxes and interest on real estate taxes if any is due at the time of death, the value of Sandra J. Saladen's one-half interest in the real estate described above is less than $50,000.00. The assessed value of this one-half interest raised to actual value is $38,432.30. This is the only real property owned by Sandra J. Saladen at the time of her death. 4. There is no Personal Representative, application for Personal Representative, or Petition for Personal Representative either pending or granted in any Court. Sandra J. Saladen died without a Will. Sandra J. Saladen's husband, Tracy S. Saladen, is entitled to the real property pursuant to the laws of intestate in the State of Nebraska. Sandra's one-half interest in this real property is hereby transferred to Tracy S. Saladen.
